2026 Commercial Property Preventative Maintenance Checklist

A practical visual walk-through for offices, warehouses, workshops and commercial properties. Use it to record visible concerns and agree who should review them next.

How to use: Follow only authorised, safe access routes. Record the location and visible condition; do not diagnose a system from appearance alone. Escalate immediate hazards through the appropriate site and emergency procedures.
