Request a Project Assessment in Windhoek

Share the scope of a larger property project with Bliss. We review the location, requirements, provider suitability and any technical responsibilities before confirming whether an assessment or other next step is available.

A request does not book a site visit, confirm a fee or approve work. Scope, any applicable assessment fee, timing and availability are confirmed first.

Request review

From project enquiry to an approved scope

The Project Assessment route is intended for a defined larger repair, refurbishment or multi-trade requirement. It is separate from a paid visual Property Health Check, which focuses on visible maintenance concerns within an agreed scope.

Provider and technical suitability

A larger request is reviewed against its specific scope. Bliss confirms whether a suitable provider is available and whether any required technical responsibilities can be covered before the work is presented as available.

Assessment is not approval to work

Any proposed work is scoped and quoted separately. The client reviews and approves the quotation before work is scheduled. Scope, fees and timing are confirmed before an assessment visit.

Project Assessment questions

What is a Project Assessment?

It is a request-first review of a larger repair, refurbishment or multi-trade project brief. Bliss reviews the location, scope, suitable provider availability and any technical responsibilities before confirming an appropriate next step.

Is a Project Assessment the same as a Property Health Check?

No. The paid visual Property Health Check is for reviewing visible maintenance concerns within an agreed scope. A Project Assessment is the enquiry route for a defined larger or multi-trade project.

Does sending a request book a site visit?

No. A request is not a booking or approval to start work. Scope, any applicable fee, provider availability and timing are confirmed before a visit is arranged.

Can Bliss assess an extension, boundary wall or fencing project?

You may send an enquiry. Bliss must first confirm whether a suitable provider is available and whether any required technical roles can be covered for that specific project.
