A clear approval sequence

1. Share the property location, property type and repair list.
2. Confirm whether a paid Property Health Check or direct repair-list review is suitable; scope, fee, access and timing are agreed before scheduling.
3. Receive the agreed photographic baseline, priority matrix, Digital Job Cards and execution plan. Proposed repair work is scoped and quoted separately for approval.
4. Approve the work you want completed.
5. Schedule the approved scope if available; discuss future care separately if useful.

A paid Property Health Check is a visual maintenance review for the agreed scope, not a statutory, engineering or compliance inspection. Its deliverable includes a photographic baseline, priority matrix, Digital Job Cards and execution plan.
